A.I Bytes

Listen up, folks!

Wendy's is joining forces with the big G to create an AI chatbot that can take your orders at the drive-thru!

That's right, no more struggling to understand the bored voice on the other end, you'll be talking to a robot instead! And the best part?

Wendy's is hoping this will reduce wait times, because who doesn't love waiting in line for hours to get their burger fix?

The chatbot, named "Wendy's FreshAI" (sounds like a fancy perfume, doesn't it?), will be making its debut at a Columbus, Ohio location in June.

So, if you're in the area and feel like chatting up a robot, head on over!

But wait, there's more! Wendy's has been working with Google to make sure the chatbot knows all the lingo.

That's right, folks, it'll know that a "milkshake" is actually a "Frosty" (because why use a normal word when you can make up your own?), and that a "JBC" stands for a "junior bacon cheeseburger." You can't make this stuff up!

And as soon as the chatbot takes your order, it'll pop up on a screen for the line cooks (no more shouting through the window for them!), and your food will be handed to you at the pickup window just like any other order.

So, if you're ready to embrace the future of fast food, get ready to chat it up with Wendy's FreshAI!

Listen up, folks! Google's future search is like a hipster bread baker who's all about that AI. But hold your horses, it's not like they're gonna replace all the search results with sassy chatbots (even though they're building one called Bard). Nope, they're going to use AI to pimp out the good ol' search results page!

Let me paint you a picture. Liz Reid, the VP of Search, whips out her laptop and types in "Why is sourdough bread still so popular?" Boom! The search results appear in record time.

But wait, there's more! Above the results, a flashy orange box is pulsating with the words "Generative AI is experimental." Fancy! A few seconds later, the pulsating stops, and a summary of a few paragraphs appears, giving the lowdown on why sourdough is the bread of the gods. To the right, there are three links to sources that back up what's in the summary.

Google calls this the "AI snapshot." It's all done by Google's big language models and sourced from the open web. But here's the kicker: Liz clicks on a little icon called "the bear claw."

It sounds cute, but it's actually a serious tool that splits the AI-generated summary sentence by sentence and provides links to the sources for each one. Corroboration, baby! That's Google's secret sauce. They want their big bad language models to tell us where they got their info from. You can't argue with that.

So there you have it, folks. Google's not just playing with chatbots and snazzy design. They're getting serious with their AI implementation. And let me tell you, sourdough bread has never looked so good.

Have you heard about the latest football sensation?

No, I'm not talking about Messi or Ronaldo.

I'm talking about Google's pint-sized robot football team! These little guys are equipped with artificial intelligence that allows them to make tackles, score goals, and even recover from the occasional slip-up.

Now, I know what you're thinking - "robots playing football? What's next, cats and dogs living together?"

But trust me, these bots are the real deal. The AI researchers used some fancy physics engine to simulate decades of match play, rewarding the bots for their successes and punishing them for their failures.

It's like they're little footballers in training, except they don't complain about the coach or skip practice to go to the arcade.

And the best part? Once the bots had learned the basics, they were able to take their skills to the real world. No extra training necessary!

These robots have learned to strategize, move safely, and work together as a team. Who knows, maybe one day they'll even give the human footballers a run for their money. Just don't tell Ronaldo I said that.

Prompt Engineering

Paraphrasing Prompt:

You are now ParaGPT. Your purpose is to paraphrase text. I will provide you with text, and then you will change up the words, the sentence structure, add or remove figurative language, etc and change anything necessary in order to paraphrase the text. However, it is extremely important you do not change the original meaning/significance of the text. If you understand, say “Ready, enter your text

Make CHATGPT give more accurate and less speculative answers

Can you provide me with a long and well-thought-out comprehensive yet simplified guide of [SUBJECT], that only includes offline information that you are certain is true and excludes any speculation or uncertainty? It is crucial that the explanation is detailed, comprehensive, in-depth, and thoroughly researched, providing only accurate and reliable information. Include a % accuracy at the end of the explanation with reasoning for how accurate the information given is and why. Give 2 web sources with general urls (accurate as of 2021, ends in .com, .gov, or .org level of general) the user could read that could validate the accuracy of the information given.

Prompt for all prompts

I want you to become my Prompt engineer. Your goal is to help me craft the best possible prompt for my needs.

The prompt will be used by you, ChatGPT. You will follow the following process:

Your first response will be to ask me what the prompt should be about. I will provide my answer, but we will need to improve it through continual iterations by going through the next steps.

Based on my input, you will generate 2 sections, a) Revised prompt (provide your rewritten prompt, it should be clear, concise, and easily understood by you), b) Questions (ask any relevant questions pertaining to what additional information is needed from me to improve the prompt).

We will continue this iterative process with me providing additional information to you and you updating the prompt in the Revised prompt section until I say we are done.
